Looks tidy and well stocked. However, when you come to pay, the queue will always be at least 10 deep. There are plenty of staff on the shop floor, but the management does not think it sensible to divert an extra staff member or 2 to the tills. I have been to the shop three times but never bought anything. I left the goods and walked out. It is unreasonable to be expected to wait so long to pay for a few simple items. I will not try again.

The lighting and fixtures remind me of Backrooms. The high shelving and packed rows make the store pretty claustrophobic. Not sure I'd go back to this specific branch. Maybe it was an oversight or that's the amount of ranges they have, so it was a case of trying to fit all that into that unit. Can't submit this review without adding a score, so selected 3/5.

Only used once as I rarely use the dilapidated and run down Cross Gates Centre, but the B&M was fine, good selection of goods, nice and bright , pity the location is semi derelict, closed units and rubbish cafes

Staff incredibly rude making people wait in long queue before i had to ask for another staff member who threw everything down checkout then when i asked the kiosk lady to let her manager know she just waited till i left shop and then waved to me sarcastically ..when i went back in to ask for manager she lookecl very worried i spend a lot in band m but will use colton now

Best chain shop in crossgates. Good to see a useful shop filling the gap. Only prob is checkout queues.
