Consistently get orders wrong, unhelpful staff, frequently left waiting 5+ minutes for staff at the till, and the mobile app is a scam. We tried to place an order through the app for collection got past the pay screen, then it cancelled the order and left the payment as pending. The staff told us to try it again, and the same process. We now have two payments out, and no meals to show for it, as well as no proof of the order at all. When we inquired with staff in the restaurant, we were told "that as the payment was cancelled, the pending payment wouldn't go through."
Twice I've gone in two weeks to try to new specials. Once for black pepper nuggets and today for maple BBQ double quarter pounder. Given normal nuggets and a normal quarter pounder. Absolute joke. I understand workers are most likely on minimum wage but c'mon, if you pay for the food, provide it or just say you are out of stock. Doesn't help getting drive through getting home and finding this.
Nice mcdonald's clean and tidy and happy friendly staff and a nice comfy sofa inside to sit on. Food was your average McDonald's handy when on the go and tasted better today with it been free! Used some points on the app 😁
Used the drive through 2pm Monday 5th January. The food was well cooked but cold. Disappointed have had a lot better previously.
Not the best I've had but above average for the price paid. Good portion size and would go back again
