Wife went for an upgrade and told next day delivery. Never arrived and when rang Vodafone they said out of stock. So I cancelled and changed provider. Still not received my deposit back and they were going to charge £25 to copy data from old phone to the new one. New phone provider did in 1 minute and did not charge a penny.
After dealing with Vodafone chat and phone customer services and getting nowhere I went to the Redcar store for help. The lady that helped me went above and beyond and got my issue sorted out. I'd be more than happy to use the store again for any and all issues.
Just wanted to publically thank the two members of the Redcar Vodaphone shop who last night despite some pretty awful weather came to help me look for my hearing aid which I had lost after leading the shop. Thanks again it would have been easy to do nothing but you chose to help!
Needed a new phone so splashed out on a samsung S10 5g.from Vodafone redcar.the lasses do a great job transferring my photos and apps over to the new phone. Very efficient and friendly service. Not cheap but I needed a good phone for work. Excellent quality and perfect for my needs. Love the phone
