Absolutely disgraceful again. Ordered delivery, wrong drink and size and spilled in the bag,wrong burger , freezing fries and nuggets the only thing without a issues was the one thing you couldn’t eat , the happy meal toys
Hit and miss with this place. Had more bad experiences than good. If you order on the app for collection, dont bother. Easier to go through a drive through or go in.
The worst experience i had at this place. I ordered server meal, went to collect my order, I stood for 10 minutes by the counter. Staff were cleaning going back and forth and had the nerve to say they didn't see me " maybe because I was so black for him not to see me" apart from me waving and shouting for my order, I even told them their conversation they were having. When he finally decided to serve me he didn't even wash his hands, wanted to serve me cold fries, I told him I will have my order with no fries. Very rude and arrogant 😒.
What a bad McDonald's the staff are children and how the fries managed to be so cold is almost impressive!
Well let's just say i was on my way to Durham. I called in order a double quarter pounder burger thing. Walked back to my truck set off. Pulled in the services on A1M to eat my food. Was it a double quarter burger absolutely not. One burger not two. Cheese and a pickle. So I would check your orders before leaving. And if you are reading this ripo. McDonald's either 16th or going into 17 oct 2025 order number 007 £9.59 my bank transaction says 17th possessed so could of been the 17th. Just so you can look it up. And reply and explain why I was given wrong food. As it most probably be a long time before im passing that way. It's not like you was rushed off your feet. Please double check what you are giving g the customer. If you went to a pizza shop and ordered a pizza and they gave you a kebab you wouldn't be impressed.
