VERY CLEAN DOG FRIENDLY NICE AND QUIET YOU COULD HEAR THE OWL IF YOU WAS OUTSIDE MY WIFE LOVED HEARING IT NICE BIG TV AND NETFLIX WHICH WAS REALLY NICE VERY NEAR TO RIPON CITY TREATS LEFT FOR US AND ALSO FOR BERTIE OUR DOG LOVELY WARM HOMELY COTTAGE MANY THANKS FOR A LOVELY STAY SUE LES AND BERTIE.

Great place ,nice feel about it ,welcome pack was lovely touch, nice view to front ,easy walk in to Ripon , great location, all in all very good ,now then this is not a complaint at all but and nothing to do with the owner's .
