Always have mixed service , at this McDonald's ranging from poor to average visit today on the 13th Nov around 5pm and was one of worst visits lots of confused customers waiting round the desk, no one seemed to be managing the front desk two elderly customers left after waiting at desk to order food as no one came to assist them , while I was waiting two orders where brought back as missing items and someone was waiting for a manager as problem with there food. My order arrived on tray even though receipt said take away did apologise then disappeared with my order and came back after few minutes in a bag by time got food home chips had gone cold and don't live far away. Best experiences we had have been when we have eating in and service has been pleasant so scored 3 to give an average review of various experiences.

Ordered on the app to pick up at the drive thru, then ordered a few more items at the drive thru as we’d forgot some stuff. I was parked in bay 3, and given my food and told that was everything. Get home to see I’m missing the order made at the drive thru, call up and get told it’s my fault because I drove off? I was told I had everything and the staff member at the window knew I had 2 orders. Michael was rude of the phone, wouldn’t listen to me and refused to get a manager on the phone. He repeatedly said I drove off despite getting half the food. I wasn’t given that part of the food so wasn’t given the receipt. Bad customer service and very disappointing.

It was a nice experience. It was tidy and clean inside. Staff is friendly. It was not crowded when I visited. The parking is a bit narrow but you get a slot which essentially is required. Drive thru is also available.

They unhooked the phone after i called. I spent £15 on delivery, after having not ate all day, for a Large Dbl quarter pounder meal witha lrg coffee. Not only was my coffee spilt in the bag but NONE of my food came with it, the driver said he was told it was just the one bag with the coffee in even though the receipt had my full order on it whilst attached to the bag. And because I used the Mcdonalds App I literally CANT get a refund. Horrible service all round

Ordered, and received a wrong meal, this happens however upon phoning the store the girls attitude on the phone was awful, basically nothing to do with them. Honestly love, if you don't like your job get a new one....your attitude stinks. Never again will I order from this store.
