Called in this morning to change to sim only deal, only took about 10 minutes saved £17 month. Very helpful member of staff.
Great visit to this store yesterday, assisted by a young chap named George who to say he is by his own admission only a couple of months into his role was great to deal with . Polite , well spoken and professional. They were short staffed and after dealing with the person already infont of him , quickly moved onto us . Walked out with the answers that we needed , two new phones and 3 new contracts a reasonably short time later . See you in two years , or before if the Mrs drops her phone again .
Fantastic staff and great service and quality and brilliant company.
Very bad service. one day the system doesn't work for them and they say come another day. But from the outside it looks like they don't want to work. The other day it is announced that the store will close soon and that it will not serve because the working hours end in 5 minutes and the employee is sitting Tik Tok
Rude staff not polite at all to my mum who is not very phone savy made her more confused and myself and just kept pushing for her to go on contract which she didn't want
