I did Katie's pregnancy yoga class from early in my pregnancy right the way through to 39 weeks. Her knowledge and experience was so clear, she adapted the exercises to the different stages of pregnancy so you felt safe all the way through. The classes were tailored to stretch the areas that were holding tension and strengthen where your body needs that focus at such an important and special time. The relaxation at the end was always the highlight of my week and no matter what aches, pains or worries you went into class with, you left with a smile! I was new to the area and made friends for life in my class, including Katie! Can't recommend highly enough!
