Another awful delivery from this place. Everytime the app says this restaurant it always disappoints. All food cold, chips hard and no salt, orders wrong, no onions in the quarter pounder, all food looked like trash. Demanding a full refund. Quality of the food standards here are shocking. They even put JUST ketchup in the mcplant. Binned it all.
leave chicken and other meats out in an Asda trolley for everybody to see.. Asda trolley was filthy as well... wouldn't trust this place tbh
I’m giving a 2 star review today as I had ordered a McDelivery from this branch. The driver arrived in a timely manner but sat outside in his car for 5 mins. I eventually went outside to ask why he wasn’t coming to the door and he explained the way the coffee had been packed made it leak and spill out over the entire order making the food etc inedible. Having worked for fast food chains in the past packing a coffee for a delivery is not rocket science. This was clearly a badly packaged delivery and staff need to be reminded of how to package hot drinks!!! Now I’m told I’ve to wait 15 days for a refund of money they happily took in 15 seconds.
Tonight I bought a late tea. Paid for a double Big Mac and the normal Big Mac. Opened the boxes I got two normal Big Macs? Fries were cold too.
We bought two Big Mac Meals and asked for Extra Cheese & Extra Sauce. When we got home, not only was there no Extra Cheese or Extra Sauce...there wasn't even any lettuce. We live around a 5-min drive away, so I took them back. They agreed to swap them, but when I got home (again), I realised they'd just added what was missing to the original burgers, so they were cold. Nobody expects fine dining with Maccy's but this specific one can't even get the basics right. So frustrating when you have Maccy's once a month or so for a treat, and it ends up being rubbish. They've been OK in the past but you have to check your order before leaving because it's not rare that items are missing.
