I wanted to look at ring and asked the blonde young lady at the counter at work on Thursday 24/09 at 18:16pm for my ring size. I told her I wore 8 and she coldly and rudely said we do letters and offered no help. Please do not go here staff are rude and untrained- Thorpe park store
Fantastic friendly service, they were so patient and helpful whilst my girlfriend tried on several engagement rings.
Asked to look at a gold chain for my wife to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary told by the lady i had to purchase it first before she could remove it from the cabinet she was so rude and ignorant disgusting women thanked her politely and left
