About 3 p.m. on a Saturday, I came here. The cafe appeared to have been active during the day, since there were a few people inside. The vibe there is pleasant and laid back. The staff is great and courteous. Paris, the barista who served me (I hope I have the correct name), was really nice. Parking is easy, there are many of places, and there are a few tables outside for smokers.
Wilfred enjoyed his morning coffee and a warm butter croissant and babiccino here. Service was good also.
Dirty tables everywhere have to move other peoples dirty cups and trays to get a table!!!. They found it funny when 2 people with special needs needed to use the toilet but laughed to each other saying they wont get the code for the door.Disgusting and Disrespectful to treat people with disabilities like that..The bald guy said no purchase no toilet….I was using there 3-4 times a week wont step a foot in there again.. Wouldnt be so bad if the toilets were clean but they were dirty and stunk!! SHAME ON COSTA STAFF YOU ALL NEED TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SACKING
We have just ordered a delivery for a cafe latte and a salted caramel frappe and unfortunately after paying over £14 the frappe has hardly any salted caramel in it and my daughter has just had to leave it as it’s not what she ordered. When paying a good amount for a salted caramel frappe we expect it to have enough salted caramel syrup in it to give it that taste. Very unfair!
Asked for sugar as there was none out 15mins before they refilled it ,and only then after I complained my coffee was cold, staff where rude and unprofessional. Will never be using this costa again,
