Arundel Gate Car Park (Arundel Gate Entrance)

Disgusting. I used it only because of the location. Overpriced, broken lifts, no staff, broken doors, fire doors left ajar by druggies... oh did I forget to mention: some guy just undid his trousers in front of my family of 4 and dropped a steaming excrement in the stairwell on L3. £2.50 which cannot be extended for 1hr.. The place stinks both literally and figuratively. I had to literally dip our shoes in spirit to disinfect them when we returned home... Never again

I have never experienced such a pathetic, infuriating excuse of a car park in my life. I paid for THREE HOURS, came back well within my time, only to find the bottom gate completely shut. The stairs? Unusable, because the whole place stinks like urine and human waste so badly you can’t even breathe without gagging. The lift? Of course it was out of order, because why would anything in this dump actually work? I had to walk all the way AROUND the entire building just to get in through level 7, when my car was on level 2. Then when I tried to leave through level 1, that exit was closed too. A security guy told me I had no choice but to exit through level 7. Because of THEIR terrible layout, THEIR broken facilities, and THEIR closures, I ended up stuck inside for an extra 15 minutes — and these clowns had the nerve to send me a £100 FINE for “overstaying”. I appealed, explained every single one of their disgusting, unacceptable flaws, and they STILL rejected it. Ended up paying £62 for THEIR incompetence. If you want to save your time, money, sanity, and lungs, do NOT park here. The amount they charge compared to the absolute garbage service you get is unbelievable. Horrible management, horrible facilities — an absolutely awful, useless car park.

Parking wasn’t cheap, but prices were clearly labeled, parking was readily available, and the location was excellent. We were here 4 hours for lunch, a museum visit and a show. Not knowing the area, this worked for us, but definitely wasn’t cheap!!

Easy to park, car park is staffed, 24/7, so I was confident leaving the van overnight. Parking app is a bit of a faff, but not too difficult, so only 4 stars. The 2 staff I spoke to at the desk were polite and helpful, 5 🌟 for them

DO NOT PARK HERE! It is a scam. They fine you for overstay with no website to obtain information and no answer when you ring up. I'm currently being charged £175.00 even though I appealed and got no response! Disgusting humans and company. They should be brought to court for this horrible service that traps people and treatens them with debt collection. I cannot believe this is allowed to happen these days. The car park itself is discusting also with no lifts and homeless people sleeping in the dark stairways. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK.
