Great place to shop. Right inside St Stephen shopping centre at ground floor. Clean environment and great products. Dedicated and friendly staff.
I am highly disappointed with my visit to Boots St Stephen’s. The staff were incredibly rude, especially a lady with short golden hair who spoke to me with a complete lack of manners or professionalism. It felt like basic customer service training is urgently needed for the team here. I expected far better from a well-known brand like Boots. I will never be visiting this branch again and would not recommend it to anyone based on this experience.
It was really easy to order online. Great offers, fantastic value for money (6m supply vitamins, C'L Oil and Omega 3 for £23!) Staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Boots St. Stephens.
Naomi was so lovely today went the extra mile to make sure I get my vaccinations in time for my holiday!! Highly recommend the travel vaccine :)
