Bought an iPhone and airtime plan here. Never worked right from the day I bought it. Thought it was my fault, it wasn’t. Faulty SIM card and some other fault that I did not understand were eventually discovered by the manager. It still does not work properly. Let’s say it’s a mobile that does not work outside my home, I.e. not a mobile mobile!! I was refused my money back although I am within my rights to get my money back. I wish I’d never gone to Vodafone. There are two young sales people who tried to sort the problems out but couldn’t. The manager is most unhelpful and I am at the end of my patience with the service he is not giving. Do not know where to turn, probably the ombudsman is my next point of call.

Just called in today regarding advice on my phone, the staff were really helpful and courteous, I don’t often leave reviews, but on this occasion the service was outstanding, keep up the good work, I can now enjoy the concert, after putting the tickets in my wallet.

Had problem, couldn't get my emails young male assistant was very helpful and got them back for me,appreciate his help.

I had closed the wrong account and needed it reopening and correct one blocking. They soon sorted it out for me and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks

Amazing staff at Selby store - staff appeared happy to be at work which made the store feel welcoming. No amount of questions were too much, great conversational skills to help ensure I left the store with the information I wanted. very positive experience and I will be sure to bypass my local Vodafone store to come to Selby store. - very happy customer.
