The staff members are genuinely kind and accommodating. However, the limited operating hours (9 am to 3 pm) are inconvenient, and the lack of weekend availability further restricts accessibility for individuals with work commitments.
4 days open from 9 am to 3 pm you have to plan your day to go to the bank and on top of that every weekend there is no money in the ATMs. In a word, there is a lack of professionalism in this branch.
Thankyou too alex in the Selby store for helping me with my flat battery in the snow tonight just before closing time even when he seemed busy, much appreciated.
Great staff but like most banks recently terrible opening hours.
Opening hours are entirely useless to anyone who works a weekday 9-5 job.
