They have so many good staff who have the empathy towards other animals. The vets are wonderful, profesional and very kind. There are one or two new VETS asking you to euthanise older cats, rather than treating them. Next time I'm gonna tell them to euthanise their older parents/siblings!!
Very poor service, I went there today to buy some fish and a new tank, only to be told I couldn’t buy any fish as they didn’t have any staff in to serve me. All staff have phoned in sick. What a complete shambles.
I was waiting to be attented by the Staff but completely ignored me multiple times, I wasnt sure its because i am not white but i definitely felt that i was treated different. Wouldnt recommend
Lovely friendly staff very helpful plenty of products to choose from and dog friendly
Always clean and staff are always approachable wether it's advice or help love shopping here
