Claire is beyond disgusting. Consistently trying to upsell to my elderly mother. Even after explicitly asking her to do as my mother asked. She needs to appreciate no means no. Cannot believe she is at a managerial level given her pushy overbearing sales tactics. NO MEANS NO

If you want to be smirked at, and looked down at, then visit the O2 store in Barnsley. If you don't, then avoid shopping for a new phone contract with this O2 branch. Because of the arrogance of the older, overweight 'salesman' we have experienced today. We decided not to conduct business with O2 anymore. Today, you have lost another loyal customer.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They will not help you AT ALL if you do not have Photo ID. I sorted the problem myself over the phone WITH NO ID so WHY then, could they not do it or even offer to? After I made a special effort to go to the branch which cost me time and money...I wish I had NEVER wasted my time. Rude , ignorant and only interested in customers who were spending some money. NEVER AGAIN

Incredibly helpful staff. Helped me sort out a problem with a pay as you go phone & sim for a friend with Alzheimer's. I could not have done it without them special thanks to Rachel who stuck with it for us.
