I needed a new phone due to damaging it at work...Stuart was great..told me I was at the end of my contract and could upgrade for a lower monthly rate. He then took the time to transfer all my contacts..images..emails..apps the lot. So as far as I was concerned everything was as it was.. apart from a new phone and contract . Stuart made all of this so easy with no stress or complications...outstanding service!!!!

Went above and beyond to help me out, had just had my screen fixed by another shop and my sim was no longer working. 2 guys (didnt catch their names) had it sorted in no time. Thank you 🙏

Great service from Nathan, helped my mum replace her old phone with Samsung smart phone, and set the whole thing up for her. Really felt looked after and felt he knew what she needed. Highly recommend this store.

Terrible service was on the phone for hours trying to rectify what they had charged me for check and double check what they do . Joshua started a new contract when i only wanted a new sim as other faulty avoid at all costs
