O2 Store

Where do I start. I attended the store and was given a time sheet to clock on. I told them I was a customer not an employee. I asked to look at a specific phone. Staff didn't even know the models of the phone. And to top it off they entered the wrong credentials on my account and were locked out of it and asked me to return in a couple of hours.

I am a pensioner, and are with 02 went into the shop at Keighley, because I was not getting messages, asked a worker if they could help me . And he wouldn't even look at my phone , all he said was maybe u need a new phn , I told him my phone was only 4 years old . Very unhelpful, nearly led to me been scammed wen I phone up 02 number I got from online. Went back in told them what had nearly happened, didn't care less , very ... very churlish. Even had to put one star, on before I could put this review on site. So don't bother going into the shop ... Unless of course you are buying.

I went to O2 Keighley 14/10/2026 at about 17:30. There were two rude and unprofessional staff. They gave false information about phones and other providers to make money. They tried to rip you off by all means and at all cost. They took my phone like thieves like wanting to cancel my current contract without my consent at all.

Just been with my partner to Keighley 02 shop...served by Chloe..She couldn't have been more helpful... lovely girl, nothing too much trouble..

Called into the 02 shop in keighley today, what great experience it was. Very knowledgeable and professional staff looked after us.
