I visited the store for help with a return during the cooling-off period. While I appreciate staff have policies to follow, the response felt very rigid and lacking in empathy, and I was left feeling as though the situation was my fault. The issue was later resolved quickly through O2 customer support, which made it feel like the in-store decision may have been driven more by store metrics or limitations rather than customer care. A bit more empathy and explanation would have gone a long way, especially for a loyal customer. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the in-store experience could definitely be improved.

Exceptional service! I visited to add an accessory onto my monthly contract and they found me a great deal on my monthly contract which was amazing as I didn’t know their was any Black Friday deals. It was very busy in-store and the team were just so positive, friendly and hard working. I was served by both Senia and Kumara - both very professional and helpful! Great experience, very happy customer :)

I was helped with my upgrade by a very efficient and friendly young man by the name of Ky. No hard sell on any additional products, only honest and helpful information. I am very satisfied with the service I received and have no hesitation in recommending this shop. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Sadly very poor experience . Tried to sell us their broadband which was not wanted and would not listen . Tried to overcharge substantially for a SIM only deal . Very poor awareness of use of the phone and how it can be adapted for an older person which is fairly basic knowledge . Went elsewhere and received very good service and a much better deal . Have now left 02 and won't be coming back .

Went in to buy a SIM only contract and port my existing number from EE (work contract). Served by Ishmael who was helpful and on his game. Everything was done inside 15 minutes. Number ported without any issues this morning. Got a good deal because I’m a Virgin Media broadband customer and whole switch achieved in under 24 hours with no downtime. Faultless performance - well done O2 Harrogate.
