O2 Store

We went to upgrade our phone contract in Hull store. Last time we visited o2 store was 3 years ago. And we left very disappointed. Customers service was very poor. Person that was serving us had very little knowledge about phones and it didn't feel that person enjoying working there. It was no passion or much excitement of the job he was doing. I think next time I would consider if I want to continue my contract with o2 as customer service not as good as it use to be. And we been loyal customer for over 15 years.

Absolutely disgusted with how you deal with an elderly couple. My parents came in yesterday asking for help in regards to buying more data as they have no idea. Well if your staff are classed helpful you need to send them back to school. Your staff at this store need naming and shaming. The only thing I regret is not being there! Never use this store they are lazy, rude and unhelpful

Went to 02 today to see about upgrading my phone and was met by a salesman who asked if he could help. When told I was looking to upgrade I was told they was busy and no one could help me at the moment (2 other customers in store) wait time of 35 mins. The salesman took my number and said he would give me a call in 35 mins never got a call back so went else where and got a far better deal price wise and for a shorter term contract with a free Samsung watch.

The first time i had to go into this shop the staff and the manager where useless i left with the same problem as they didnt know anything about phones!! Today having messed about & knowing nothing about these mobiles. The whole screen covered & Flashing about viruses every 30 seconds. Phoned 02 customer support & got connected to a guy who knew less about them than I did . So frustrating when you're desperate to make a few calls & send emails !! In the shop was met by Lizzie & within half an hour with some help from the assistant manager Jamie (who should be the manager ) had it back to how it should be. Just a massive thank you, hence the 5 ⭐️ anyone needing help from this 02 shop in Hull i suggest you ask for either Lizzie or the manager Jamie 😀

Went into the store for advice, I waited 50 minutes, then I believe it was the manager approached me and said there were still 7 people in front of me, he was very unhelpful, cold and unfriendly, had to leave with no help at all
