Thank you so much to Jack in our Halifax 02 store who was the only one able to help get my hubby back into his virgin media account. After trying at 3 other stores and constant phone calls to virgin.for the last 2 months. He was so helpful and listned to him. Thank you so much.

Came in as had a issue with phone not able to make outgoing calls. After being explained it better by Amy when customer services didnt do well. She gave great service and saved me money. Shes a credit to your stores!

I most definitely will not go to this O2 shop again. I had had a problem with transferring my pay as you go number to the Monthly contract. Lewis said I had to do it myself. Which I said I would , but I’d like to do it in the store so could get help if needed. I was in there about 40 minutes. Lewis claimed to one customer he could not help them as he was helping me, not true. Told me I was not listening to his words when I asked for the pin to change the SIM card. Kiefer on the other hand helped with the phonetic alphabet, and the client Lewis passed on rudely. I would walk out if Lewis was the only option.

Sam was really helpful - very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything. He was also incredibly kind and patient with an elderly lady who came in specifically to see him about an issue with her phone.
