Went into O2 Doncaster today for ongoing issues with an account. Yet again Dan has been absolutely outstanding. This is the second time he has helped and I can’t thank him enough. Every store needs a Dan !!!!
Went into store today to upgrade my phone. Ryan served us, he was lovely and so helpful. He explained everything, worked everything out for me and was so patient. My mum is very happy too because he transferred everything on to her new phone because she didn’t know what to do. Very pleased with the customer service, thank you Ryan 😁
Was greeted very politely by staff when entering the shop. The lady that served me was very friendly and helpful and made us aware of deals. Getting another contract added into my plan was easy and straightforward. I left the store very satisfied with my purchase and service received.
Wanted a up grade on my phone was greeted straight away by Ryan,who was very pleasant. He made sure he explained everything to me,showed me a screen for best deal.To be honest his customer care and customer service was excellent. Called in to have wife's phone looked at to make sure everything was ok after a change of phone and nothing would be lost, the gent who dealt with her helped tremendously and made sure everything she needed was on the new phone, after a few final adjustments and checks she was good to go. Thanks for the help, great service.
