Shahid has been extremely supportive and kind; i am a retired nurse and sadly technology has left me behind. His communication skills are extremely advanced. Anyone can be taught practical skills but not everyone has his level of empathy. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. I cant praise him any higher.

Shahid has been great in Crystal Peaks. He has helped me to sort my billing issues out, one the best staff members I have seen on o2. I will definitely return and wish to be served by Shahid again. Great asset to o2. Dawn.

The staff members were fantastic in helping me sort out a problem with my SIM card. The best customer service I've received from any network store. I'll definitely return here even though there is another store closer to me.

Went into O2 (Crystal Peaks) last week, was met by Maisie who was a gem in helping, explaining, advising. Even sourced & sorted information when something wasn't quite clear. Maisie was patient & aware that IT is not for everyone, therefore explained in simple terms! *Thank you* to Maisie & to the other staff I have come into contact with too recently...Iris, Sam & Shahid? (I think) who was Manager on that day.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My grandmother came in after being scammed by a number claiming to be O2. She is extremely vulnerable and was shaken as anyone would be. After coming in the first time, a man helped her telling her it won’t be scammed again. A few days later they struck again, so she went in again. Iris told her she wasn’t in contract anymore and had until the 3rd of September to move elsewhere. She was given a PACK code and left the shop. Days later she received a bill of £546 that she had to pay by the 28th of August. The service she has received from these people has been terrible, as a vulnerable person she has been completely taken advantage of. Iris later denied telling her she was out of contract although my auntie was also there to back my grandmothers claims. I would avoid O2 at all costs unless you want to land a £500 bill! We will be going to Watchdog and the news outlets so O2 can finally resolve the issue instead of ignoring, denying and lying.
