O2 Store

My mum of 75yrs had to go to the shop on her own, she was nervous i wrote as much down for her as I couldn't suppor her. Adam sat with my mum for two hours helping her she could, she couldn't be happier with the service. So thank you Adam and the other staff member I spoke too. 1st class service

Staff, especially managers need up to date training on consumer laws. I took my phone in as I believed it to have a factory fault, they would not replace it and insisted it be sent off to their repair centre to be assessed and repaired. I was requesting a replacement which the manager hinted I wouldn't be entitled to (past 30 days but there were exceptional circumstances around this as it spent most of that 30 days with the manufacturer who had explained my rights to me). Manager insisted that the phone wouldn't have shipped from the factory if it was faulty. In the end I spoke to customer services who acknowledged my consumer rights and that I was in fact correct and entitled to a replacement device. They replaced the device for me within a week. Poor service from the store, managers either do not know consumer laws or think their customers are idiots.

I went to the store for some help in resolving a problem setting up my new phone (turned out to be an issue with my email account rather than the phone). I was really impressed with how helpful the staff were, especially the manager who helped me (I think his name was Bilal). The store was busy and they had a couple of staff off sick but I noticed how courteous and efficient they were with all the customers. It took some detective work to figure out was what causing the issue with my phone setup but the staff member who dealt with it figured out the problem and sorted it out so it was easy for me to use. I'm not very tech literate and I appreciated him explaining and making it straightforward for me. Definitely very good service. Thanks, guys!

Went in today with my mum who is 87 . Bilal dealt with her and he was so patient and kind showing her how to use the handset and talking to her to find which would be the most suitable handset for her.l would well recommend the store

Adam and the Manager were extremely helpful in helping me with technical issues with my IPhone 13. They also sorted me out a new beneficial Tariff agreement. The whole experience was 5 star customer service 👍🏻👏🏼
