Only mobile shop in Hill Street centre that had staff available to help even though I was a 3 customer. When my contract runs out I'm switching to O2.

Just popped in to upgrade my number and the first lady that served us was super rude and very unwelcoming but then we came back again Zac served us and he was super helpful with everything and really took his time to explain everything to me and my dad. He was polite and had excellent customer service, the rest of his team could definitely learn something from him.

Terrible - manager refused to help with a new iPhone 16 6 days old and wouldn't switch on - no box no help! Terrible customer service from a manager who speaks down to their customers!!! Appalling!!! Manager was extremely arrogant. Ended up having to leave store and find another o2 shop due to him having absolutely no interest in helping. Arrogant, rude and condescending man. For a company that is supposed to values customer service. Absolutely unacceptable

0 STARS. Ordered a phone didn’t receive. They couldn’t get the pin to me idiots really. Went in canceled the shop was told to return 1 week later to get a phone. Been in was told my iPhone had been lost. Investigation is now open.. rude service. Been told lies. Went to three. Explained the situation. Got an iPhone 16 for cheaper and much a better deal👋 O2 are shocking customer service overall won’t be in contract with them anytime soon
