Visited the store today to change my contract, I spoke to an amazing member of staff who was absolutely fantastic! She explained the what the best option was for me and my data usage and then explained why that option was the best. The entire process was really easy and straight forward and she has definitely made me feel more comfortable coming back to the store if I have any issues or questions!

Called in to see about a new phone. Spoke to Elliot, he was really helpful, it was obvious he knew all about the iPhone 16. He couldn’t do enough for us, excellent customer assistance. Thankyou again Elliot, you helped us make the right choice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff were very rude and dismissive. I attended twice before and was only told to call customer service. Gave incorrect information and were judgemental. A real shame as previously had good experience with O2

Awful shop with awful staff who sell you everything but then care nothing when none of it works. Phone is still broken, AirPods never arrived, watch never worked, staff so unhelpful. Went to the shop in Meadowhall and the staff were incredibly helpful and sorted what this shop couldn’t in 6 months, in 5 minutes
