O2 Store

Had to go into store today as my mam’s sim had stopped working and I was unable to get anywhere when trying to call 02! We were looked after by J who, despite being understaffed and very busy, managed to squeeze us in, was very patient with my elderly mother and was extremely helpful. Resolved the problem very quickly and had the phone back up and working in no time. Thank you J for your excellent customer service and for looking after us in store today.

Came into the O2 store on a Friday, couple weeks ago, to look at simo options and got dealt with by a lovely gentlemen. Great service I had received from Keelan However, during my time there, there was 2 other advisors (tall asian man with a beard and skinny jeans and a young women with makeup, long black hair, big lashes and flared leggings) who seemed like they were having too much fun and being very close (not a bad thing to have laughs, but keeping it professional needs to happen), wouldn’t leave each other’s side, giggling and following each other. If they are in a relationship then atleast it should be kept professional away from customers. The only thing that let the service down

Went to O2 store at Teesside Park to have a look for a new phone. Jaason could not have been more helpful. He was informative, efficient & went above & beyond to assist with the transfer of phone data from my old phone. Also felt that I got a good deal & was not pressured in any way. Would definitely recommend going to this Store if you need any advice on what phones & deals are available.

i went to to the 02 shop today with a problem on my phone I was not able to receive any emails on my mobile. I had tried to get help over a week over the phone but had not received the call back I was promised .Immediately I entered the shop I was asked if I needed help. The 02 advisor was extremely helpful got virgin media customer service on the phone and helped me through the processes needed to solve the problem. I left the shop with a great sense of satisfaction that my problem had been solved with friendly and patient support .Well done 02

Probably the best customer service I've ever had in an O2 store, Made to feel very comfortable by Keelan, with his amazing knowledge of products & helping me out with my account, Hopefully this amazing young man is there when I next visit in the future, I would highly recommend Keelan to anyone needing advice or assistance with their accounts.
