I accidentally left it too late to fill out the reviews survey after being sold my new phone. I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Sye (selby branch) for his service in store!:) he was so lovely and very helpful

Went to upgrade to a new phone the young petite lady that assisted me was less than enthusiastic, like she did not want to be there , even tried having a joke with her about opening her advent calendar as she was shocked it was the 1st Dec.... Not very welcoming, happy or Helpful.

Today at roughly 17.05 we was served by staff member Sye .. Firstly he wasn’t welcoming at all his attitude was appalling, he showed no interest and well I can honestly say I’m disgusted with his lack of customer service. He could tell my disabled mother in law was in distress with a sim issue that has been causing problems with our business. He showed no empathy or any interest in sorting the problem. His personal hygiene is enough to put anybody off and they cheek to tell us we are now banned from the store. Well if that’s the case when I get through to someone at o2 we will see if they will cancel our contract too thanks to sye 🙂

The guy in the shop today was the most unhelpful person I've ever dealt with. I went in for advice and he just wasn't interested. Very rude.

Rude, aggressive and unhelpful. After getting the instore person of their own mobile device. I tried to return an online purchase and take out a new contract. This was refused as they don't deal with anything done online and couldn't offer me a new contract despite me filling the return online and being told to go into store. While on phone to O2 customer service which was much more helpful, they again asked if I could return the phone in store. Unfortunately once the O2 Customer service rep spoke to the in store person they also spoke rude and degrading to the online customer service rep. Fortunately this phone conversation has been recorded and will be getting passed on. Advice. Don't use Selby for renewing contracts or dealing with anything you purchased online.
