Coppergate Car Park

Absolutely shocking. No one new where they where going. It took nearly half hour to try and get out of the place, at this point I was loosing the will to live. We did not end up parking as there was no where to park and dont try to park near the disability shop thinking its a disabled car park or you get chased of lady in a motorised wheelchair 🤣🙈.. never again

Why let car in if there is not space??? Better signage outside would also be useful. The lane on the public road isn't very intuitive if you don't know where the car park is, and the markings on the street are almost illegible.

The car park is conveniently located (just a short walk from the city centre and main attractions), though a bit pricey. Also, bear in mind it closes at 7 pm every day!

Great car park. It is quite long and winding before you get to the parking bays but I don't understand the negative reviews about it being too small/narrow etc. My car is a not a small car and I had no trouble at all. We had a disabled passenger and there were free spaces even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon in the Summer holidays. It was very easy to pay (disabled drivers are free)/operate the machines on leaving. It is very expensive if you have to pay so I wouldn't park here if I didn't have my disabled passenger but my experience today was great.

Tiny fiddly spaces. Poor orientation support (didn’t visually seem to tell us what floor we were on) Poor UI on the pay interface (laggy when inputting car reg) would be a pita if I was in a rush. Expensive - but understandable given the location , however would like more granular (half hour) cut offs for fairness.
